So yes things have gotten tough and finding a job amongst the rest of the Millions can be tough as you can read.

So the offline is easy, ask friends and family and always no matter who you are taking with let them know (in a subtle way). You never know who you are speaking with, they could be your next boss.
The online well that takes sometime but us it well. Twitter, Blogger and Facebook all have there advantages and linking all together is a blessing. I know that you want to put up that crazy picture of what you did in college, lets be real, there is a time and place, the internet is not the place. Use these tools to build your profile, the more you post about something that you are knowledgeable about the more you will be taken serious.
Get your name out on the search engines, cause the number one employeers do is a Google search and if they don't well they should. Be prepared, do one on yourself and see what pops up, this is what others see and is a first impression.
